Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the Shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. You can view the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking on the "View Cart" button.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Shipping And Handling
A charge of £7.50 will be added to your order.

Delivery Schedule
Orders are despatched via quality, insured carriers. UK orders are usually despatched via recorded delivery service, with delivery within 7 days. We ship worldwide. International orders are sent via airmail (not surface) and are usually delivered within a week.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy
In the unusual event that you are unhappy with items you have purchased, we will refund the full cost of the goods (excluding delivery charges), provided the goods are unused or unworn with all labels and/or packaging intact and un-damaged if returned within 14 days from date of delivery.
